ADVICE ON POSTAGE TO THE UNITED STATES

Due to tariffs imposed after a recent Executive Order from the United States government, calendars shipped to the USA require additional customs clearance and an increased cost. We are advised by our international mailing partner that the timeframe to allow for the additional requirements means delivery to the USA before Christmas is unlikely, if not impossible.

 The Bureau has taken the decision to pause sales to the USA until a viable postal solution is available to us.

Recommended domestic and international cut-off dates for 2027 Christmas delivery will be confirmed in due course.

These dates are supplied by Australia Post (domestic delivery) and DHL Express (international delivery*) for best chance of delivery prior to Christmas.

(*notwithstanding unforseen world events or postal delays in the destination country).  

How are calendars delivered within Australia?

How are calendars delivered overseas?

• Quantium Solutions delivers calendars internationally.
• Please note: only the single large calendar in a tube and single small calendar in a flatpack are available for delivery outside of Australia. 
  
  

How long will international deliveries take?

Quantium Solutions freights our orders from their Sydney Hub to Singapore, and then delivered onwards to destination countries by Singapore Post. Once arrived in the destination country, the delivery is handled by the local mail service.  

Quantium Solutions’ usual delivery times are: New Zealand, six to eight days; Asia–Pacific, seven to ten days; and the rest of the world, seven to 17 days. These quoted delivery times are indicative only and are based on average transit times in working days, excluding the collection day. After arriving in the destination country deliveries are subject to the timeframes of the local postal service. 

International deliveries may be affected by customs delays and overseas postal disruptions in other countries. In our experience, deliveries may take up to 12 weeks. 

Can I track my delivery?

• Australia Post provides a tracking service on all items sent via their eParcel system. If you have an Australia Post account linked to the same email address used on your Weather Calendar account, when your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track it. 
• Tracking is not available for international deliveries.
